Ultimate Global Escapes Limited is an affiliated agent of Your Holiday Booking (ABTA P6938). We are a Travel Agent offering for sale holidays from various Principals and Tour Operators acting in the capacity of their Agent.

We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. All the packages we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available. We act as The Midcounties Co-operative in connection with the sale of travel products. Unless specified as the operator, The Midcounties Co-Operative is the agent of ATOL Protected Tours and other principles. All the flights and flight-inclusive packages on our websites are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Your Holiday Booking is the UK partner of the hotel and NOT the hotel itself and we therefore can only assist with existing bookings made through us. The Administration Team department are open Mon – Fri 9am-6pm. Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland .If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Ultimate Global Escapes Limited also trades under the name of Heidi Johnson - Luxury Travel Specialist by Your Holiday Booking. You are not permitted to use either name or variations of without approval.
