Once you try it, you can't forget it.
Ten years ago, Ikos Oceania and Ikos Olivia, located in Halkidiki, opened their doors for the first time. This was a glimpse of a new ultra-all inclusive luxury concept.
With a name derived from the ancient Greek "Oikos" (meaning "to welcome guests as if they were family"), Ikos' ethos was to create a home away from home and set itself apart from other all-inclusive brands where not everything was indeed included.

Introduction to Crete - Ikos Kissamos
Nestled in a unique location of unparalleled charm, Ikos Kissamos is set in the breathtaking location of Kissamos Bay. Spanning over 53 acres of lush gardens and unspoiled sands, this serene retreat will offer seven gourmet restaurants with menus curated by Michelin-starred chefs and three al-fresco bars.
Kissamos has been largely untouched by mass tourism and so has managed to retain its authenticity. Surrounded by an impressive complex of beaches, you'll be spoilt for choice. To the West you can find the famous Falasarna with its extensive 3km coastline and Pachia Ammos which offers crystal-clear, tropical waters and the most beautiful sunset in Crete.
The exotic Balos lagoon which is 17km northwest of the town is reminiscent of the Caribbean with blue-green waters and white sand with pink hues.
At the southwestern tip, the world famous Elafonisi offers world-famous pink sand and a lagoon of shallow, crystal-clear waters. Closer to the town, there is also Mavros Molos which is an ideal destination for families and Damiali which offers a sheltered pebble beach with deep crystal-clear waters.

Beyond its breathtaking setting, Ikos Kissamos offers an indulgent spa and an unparalleled portfolio of leisure pursuits, from tennis and padel to watersports and cultural excursions.
Famous for its wines and exquisite olive oil, Kissamos is a delightful blend of tradition and vibrancy. Throughout the year, this picturesque fishing village transforms into a lively cultural hub, buzzing with festivals and events. This tranquil haven is ideal for leisurely beach walks and quiet afternoons, making it the perfect retreat for nature lovers and relaxation seekers alike.
Bookings for this resort open up in May 2025 and we will be offering early bookings so you can be one of the first to experience this brand new resort.
